Friendly staff and convenient location
The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. The room was clean and quiet, which allowed for a good night's rest. Navigating this place with luggage presents a hassle, particularly for the annex rooms located down the street, which lack an elevator. Cleanliness could use significant improvement. I found the carpet sticky, signs of mildew in the bathroom, and with some surfaces needing a serious cleaning. A hole in the wall was visible and definitely should have been addressed. I noticed some stained bedding that detracted from the overall stay.
